Project Information

  • Project: Air Quality Monitoring Portable (AQMP)
  • Client: PT. Inditek Global Medika
  • Year: 2025

This Portable Air Quality Monitoring device is designed to measure real-time air quality, focusing on fine particulate matter (PM2.5). Its compact design allows mounting on two-wheeled vehicles like motorcycles or bicycles, enabling monitoring even in narrow alleys and hard-to-reach areas. The device logs PM2.5 sensor data along with GPS location to an SD card as backup and sends the data via WiFi to an online dashboard for real-time viewing.

Using an ESP32 module for efficient processing and WiFi connectivity, the device runs on a 3000mAh battery supported by a mini solar panel, ensuring long operation without frequent charging. With its portable form and dual logging plus real-time transmission capabilities, it’s ideal for local authorities, researchers, and communities mapping air pollution in urban spaces including narrow streets inaccessible to traditional monitors.
